The files can be opened using either the Labber Log Browser (https://labber.org/overview/) or Labber Python API (http://labber.org/online-doc/api/LogFile.html). A single file is acquired with QCodes and features the corresponding data type. XRD data are in .dat format and a code to open the data is provided.
