Concurrent expression of PSGL-1 and CCR7 in naive T-cells enhances recruitment of these cells to secondary lymphoid organs by CCL19 and CCL21. Here the solution structure of CCL19 is reported. It contains a canonical chemokine domain. Chemical shift mapping shows the N-termini of PSGL-1 and CCR7 have overlapping binding sites for CCL19 and binding is competitive. Implications for the mechanism of PSGL-1's enhancement of resting T-cell recruitment are discussed."}],"_id":"1618","author":[{"last_name":"Veldkamp","first_name":"Christopher","full_name":"Veldkamp, Christopher"},{"last_name":"Kiermaier","id":"3EB04B78-F248-11E8-B48F-1D18A9856A87","first_name":"Eva","full_name":"Kiermaier, Eva","orcid":"0000-0001-6165-5738"},{"full_name":"Gabel Eissens, Skylar","first_name":"Skylar","last_name":"Gabel Eissens"},{"full_name":"Gillitzer, Miranda","first_name":"Miranda","last_name":"Gillitzer"},{"first_name":"David","full_name":"Lippner, David","last_name":"Lippner"},{"last_name":"Disilvio","first_name":"Frank","full_name":"Disilvio, Frank"},{"full_name":"Mueller, Casey","first_name":"Casey","last_name":"Mueller"},{"first_name":"Paeton","full_name":"Wantuch, Paeton","last_name":"Wantuch"},{"first_name":"Gary","full_name":"Chaffee, Gary","last_name":"Chaffee"},{"first_name":"Michael","full_name":"Famiglietti, Michael","last_name":"Famiglietti"},{"full_name":"Zgoba, Danielle","first_name":"Danielle","last_name":"Zgoba"},{"first_name":"Asha","full_name":"Bailey, Asha","last_name":"Bailey"},{"last_name":"Bah","full_name":"Bah, Yaya","first_name":"Yaya"},{"last_name":"Engebretson","full_name":"Engebretson, Samantha","first_name":"Samantha"},{"full_name":"Graupner, David","first_name":"David","last_name":"Graupner"},{"last_name":"Lackner","full_name":"Lackner, Emily","first_name":"Emily"},{"full_name":"Larosa, Vincent","first_name":"Vincent","last_name":"Larosa"},{"last_name":"Medeiros","full_name":"Medeiros, Tysha","first_name":"Tysha"},{"full_name":"Olson, Michael","first_name":"Michael","last_name":"Olson"},{"last_name":"Phillips","full_name":"Phillips, Andrew","first_name":"Andrew"},{"first_name":"Harley","full_name":"Pyles, Harley","last_name":"Pyles"},{"last_name":"Richard","first_name":"Amanda","full_name":"Richard, Amanda"},{"last_name":"Schoeller","first_name":"Scott","full_name":"Schoeller, Scott"},{"full_name":"Touzeau, Boris","first_name":"Boris","last_name":"Touzeau"},{"full_name":"Williams, Larry","first_name":"Larry","last_name":"Williams"},{"last_name":"Sixt","id":"41E9FBEA-F248-11E8-B48F-1D18A9856A87","full_name":"Sixt, Michael K","first_name":"Michael K","orcid":"0000-0002-6620-9179"},{"last_name":"Peterson","first_name":"Francis","full_name":"Peterson, Francis"}],"doi":"10.1021/acs.biochem.5b00560"}
